Data Entry Assistant (Resource Development)
Overview
Ensure accurate, timely updates to member, donor, and partner records to support
engagement and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare source data; enter and verify records; de‑duplicate and maintain data hygiene.
- Update contact preferences, participation tags, and transaction notes.
- Run simple QA checks and produce periodic lists/reports as requested.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Qualifications
- High accuracy and attention to detail; comfortable with repetitive tasks.
- Basic spreadsheets proficiency; CRM experience a plus.
- Trustworthy with confidential information. Must sign attestation.
Time Commitment
~5–8 hours/week; schedule is flexible but benefits from consistency.
