The parking lot is perfectly situated between the station and the track platform. However, the more popular the train gets the harder it can be to find a parking spot. If you are taking the train out of Memphis on the weekend, get there as early as you can so you can find a parking space. Better yet, if you live in or near Memphis and can get a ride to the station you will have one less thing to worry about.
The platform can get a little chaotic at train time, but just be patient. It takes effort to get the arriving passengers, the departing passengers, the crew members and all the checked baggage situated.
