Legislators, Business and Nonprofit Leaders Urge Indiana Governor to Develop Passenger Rail

Improvements specified in the letter include the rerouting of trains to Michigan and the east around bottlenecks south of Lake Michigan, implementation of the Midwest Regional Rail Initiative’s recommended routes and speed and reliability enhancements to the Cardinal and Hoosier State routes.
