All Aboard Washington will be hosting the annual Spring Northwest Rail Advocates Conference, titled “High Speed Rail for the Pacific Northwest,” in Seattle on March 13, 2010. This meeting is the progression of the old Region 8 NARP meeting consisting of members and reports from the National Association of Railroad Passengers, All Aboard Washington, and the Association of Oregon Rail and Transit Advocates.
