On April 10, NARP Executive Director Ross B. Capon sent a letter to Govs. Corzine (NJ) and Paterson (NY) requesting their help to ensure the planned Hudson River tunnels connect (as originally planned) to existing Penn Station rather than just to a new, dead-end terminal under 34th Street, consistent with needed redundancy and flexibility, and eventual extension to Grand Central Terminal.  NARP also issued a news release.  Capon also testified April 1 at an New Jersey Transit hearing (see the news release).
